Notification to Coaches. 1. The District will make reasonable efforts to notify the Association and the coach in question in writing prior to a report being made to a league, athletic association, or regulatory body of which the District is a member regarding any alleged rule violations or complaint related to the coach, the coach's team, or the coach's program.

Notification to Coaches. 1 The District will make reasonable efforts to notify the Association and the coach in question in writing prior to a report being made to a league, athletic association, or regulatory body of which the District is a member regarding any alleged rule violations related to the coach, the coach's team, or the coach's program. This includes contest-related reports such as ejections, red cards, etc. 2 If the allegation or complaint is about a specific coach, that coach will have an opportunity to meet with the reporting employee to present facts or circumstances directly related to the violation that should be considered regarding whether that rule violation has been committed. The notification to the employee will include a summary of the alleged violation and a summary of the evidence relied upon.
