Notification to Return. An employee on disability leave must advise the Chief of Police or his/her designee and the Benefit and Compensation Services Office of the University Human Resources Department thirty (30) days in advance of the date he/she desires to return to work. Arrangements will be made with the University's physician to verify the employee's fitness to return to work without hazard to himself/herself or to other employees in the department.
