NOTIFICATIONS AND MESSAGES. By using the Mobile Services, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding our Service and other entities by Push Notifications or other electronic means to your mobile device for the purpose of providing the applicable service and that certain information about your usage of the Mobile Services may be communicated to us. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.   • COMMUNICATION OF INSERTS AND MESSAGES Competitive Supplier agrees that if it communicates with Participating Consumers directly, and unless prevented for regulatory or other such reasons from doing so, it shall allow the Town to include no less than three (3) inserts per year into such communications, provided that the Town pays the cost of printing and reproducing such insert and any incremental postage or handling costs the Competitive Supplier may incur as a result of including such insert.   • Timing of Messages With respect to GTE resold measured rate local service(s), chargeable time begins when a connection is established between the calling station and the called station. If the called station "hangs up" but the calling station does not, chargeable time ends when the network connection is released by automatic timing equipment in the network.
