Notifications and submission. The claimant (you, a family member, or appointed executor) must notify FNB Bank, of your intention to claim, with the necessary legal documentation directly as soon as possible before (while the account is Inactive) or after (classified as an Escheatable account). The bank may specify an amount threshold (subject to change from time to time) in which the bank will not try to contact the customer regarding the unclaimed credit balance for less and or up to the value of less than R50.00. Three contact attempt notifications will be sent to (you, the client) advising of the unclaimed balance on your credit card account before the account is classified as Escheatable and before the account is closed. Uncontactable clients with an unclaimed credit balance will be transferred to our Escheatable suspense account. Accounts at “Escheatable” stage will be closed systematically. All Escheatable accounts will be kept in safe custody and noted in a journal. Remarks will be placed on the banks system as evidence to identify accounts for a period of 60 years and longer.   • BID SUBMISSION All Bids are to be packaged, sealed and submitted to the location stated in the Bid Specifications. Bidders are solely responsible for timely delivery of their Bids to the location set forth in the Bid Specifications prior to the stated Bid opening date/time. A Bid return envelope, if provided with the Bid Specifications, should be used with the Bid sealed inside.   • SUBMISSIONS You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.   • Notification and Public Notice If either party desires to alter or amend this Agreement, it shall, not less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the termination date set forth under the Duration Article, provide written notice and a proposal to the other party of said desire and the nature of the amendments, and cause the public notice provisions of law to be fulfilled.
