Common use of Notwithstanding Clause 11 Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.2, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the Employer will continue paying the Employer portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternity, adoption or parental leave, for a period of up to twelve months, provided the teacher repays the teacher portion of the benefit premiums.

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.24.2, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the Employer will continue paying the Employer portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternityMaternity, adoption Adoption or parental Parental leave, for a period of up to twelve (12) months, provided the teacher repays the teacher portion of the benefit premiums.
