Noxious Weed Control. Developer shall perform the control of noxious weed species within the ROW, easements, and limits of disturbance until Final Acceptance. Control of noxious weeds shall apply in each State as required by that State’s applicable seed laws. Developer shall prepare and submit a Noxious Weed Control Plan to IFA for review and comment prior to the commencement of eradication or removal work. If chemical controls are proposed they shall be applied by a certified pesticide applicator.
