Erosion Control Plan. 1. Prior to the commencement of construction, the Developer must receive approval from the City of an erosion control plan that conforms to City, state and federal laws and regulations. The Developer shall comply with the approved erosion control plan at all times or be subject to daily citations and penalties.
2. It is the Developer’s responsibility to ensure permits are also received from any other state or federal agency as may be required, including under NR 216 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code.
3. In the event the Developer fails to comply with the erosion control plan and fails to take timely and corrective action with respect to correction orders, the City may take any action reasonably necessary to implement the approved erosion control plan and all costs to implement said plan shall be the responsibility of the Developer. In this event, the City may draw upon the Developer’s letter of credit under Section IV, Subsection C of this Agreement to cover the costs of implementing the erosion control plan.
Erosion Control Plan. Showing initial erosion control measures to be installed prior to disturbance of the site. The erosion control measures will be maintained and modified throughout site construction by the Contractor, and it is the Contractor’s responsibility to modify the plan during construction as necessary to comply with the conditions of their permits. This task does not yield a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) document.
Erosion Control Plan. The Developer has submitted and the City has approved the plans and specifications for erosion control.
Erosion Control Plan. Structural Engineering/Documentation services consisting of:
Erosion Control Plan. CSW|ST2 will prepare the erosion control plan. The plan will depict the use of Best Management Practices (BMP’s) to reduce the effects of erosion from this project.
Erosion Control Plan. The JPB shall provide an erosion control plan to retain sediments on site in accordance with the JPB’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program and Contract Documents. All stockpiled earthwork shall be protected from wind and water erosion. Dust control shall be undertaken in accordance with the JPB Contract Documents and shall provide for dust, erosion and pollution control seven days a week, 24 hours a day for the duration of construction activities.
Erosion Control Plan. The location of the excavation support system work will determine the department(s) within the COS that will review the excavation support system design.
Erosion Control Plan. In the layout of landscape and topography for new homes, designers must keep in mind that this is a lake community. The impact of their designs on the health of the lake must always be given paramount consideration. Low maintenance ground covers, e.g., blue rug juniper, periwinkle, ivy, etc., must be used rather than high maintenance plantings that will require importation into the watershed of nutrients in the form of fertilizer or other nutrient sources, e.g., compost. Grasses for slope stabilization need to be low maintenance species. If the desired development of a lot cannot be done without lawns, the area must be graded so as to reduce runoff to an absolute minimum and must be surrounded by a buffer area to further minimize migration of the nutrients into the ground water and the lake.
(1) During the construction process the general contractor shall attempt to preserve and maintain existing trees and vegetation. Tree protection measures shall be employed where warranted.
(2) The location of buildings, driveways, and other improvements shall be sensitive to major trees and vegetation. No trees two (2) inches or greater in diameter measured at six (6) inches above ground are to be cut without prior approval of the Committee.
(3) All slopes and highly eroded areas shall be prevented from erosion by employing any erosion and sediment control measures required.
Erosion Control Plan. XXXXX shall prepare an Erosion Control Plan for the project that meets the requirements of the regulatory agencies and for the Contractor’s use in preparing and processing the required Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), in compliance with the “Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge from Large and Small Construction Activities (CGP)” through FDEP. The Erosion Control Plan(s) shall include standard details and notes to meet the requirements of the regulatory agencies. XXXXX shall prepare a Demolition Plans incorporating removal of the existing improvements in conflict with the proposed improvements. This plan shall include standard details and notes. Should permitting be required for this work, it will need to be provided by a licensed demolition contractor.
Erosion Control Plan. Erosion Control Plan will be updated to reflect the new limits of construction. Erosion concerns presented by installation of the retaining walls and the widened ditches will also be addressed. The cofferdam locations and sediment basin locations will be reevaluated.
