NUFs at 115 kV Pleasant Valley Substation. The NUFs at Connecting Transmission Owner’s Pleasant Valley Substation include the following: • Retire and remove the #8, #12 and #13 transmission line terminals; • Retire and remove the R8, R12 and R13 circuit breakers, associated disconnect switches and foundations; • Connect the new #10 Line to the existing 10 line terminal; • Decommission and remove the #8, #12 and #13 line protective relays; • Install new XXX-000X, XXX-000X and SEL-351A relays to replace existing #10 Line relays; o The Facility Study report identified that PLC equipment, including a line tuner, wave trap and UPLC-II transceiver were to be utilized for P&C for Lines T-7 and 10. However, subsequent to the Facility Study report being finalized, the Connecting Transmission Owner, the other Connecting Transmission Owners for the interconnection of the Transmission Project, and Transmission Developer coordinated concerning the P&C requirements and mutually agreed that fiber optic will be utilized instead of PLC for those lines. o This new OPGW fiber optic cable facility will be installed from National Grid’s Blue Stores Substation to Transmission Developer’s Churchtown Substation and from National Grid’s Blue Stores Substation to Connecting Transmission Owner’s Milan Substation by the Transmission Developer. This fiber will support communications between these three locations for Line 4 and Line T-7 protection. The circuits to Transmission Developer’s Churchtown Substation and Connecting Transmission Owner’s Milan and Pleasant Valley 115kV Substations will be provisioned on the OPGW fiber facility to support Line 4, Line T-7, and Line 10 POTT & DTT. • Perform a protection and coordination study to account for new transmission line impedance and area system configuration changes; and • Issue relay setting files for the #10 Line protective relays.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):
