Nuisance/Disturbance Sample Clauses

Nuisance/Disturbance. Hirers and organisers of events in the School premises are responsible for ensuring that the noise level of their functions does not interfere with the other activities within the building nor to cause inconvenience for the occupiers of nearby houses or property. The hirer must comply with the School’s arrangements for disposal of any rubbish or waste materials. Except in the case of trained guide-dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for the deaf, animals shall not be permitted on the School premises.

Nuisance/Disturbance. The Tenant must not cause or permit any nuisance or annoyance to the occupier of any other allotment plot or neighbouring property or obstruct or encroach on any path or roadway set out by the Council for use by the occupiers of the allotment plots within the said allotment site. • A Xxxxxx found guilty in a court of law of offences involving the allotment garden or other plot holders will be suspended and then given 1 months’ notice to quit. • An immediate notice to quit will be issued if in the reasonable opinion of the Council, the Tenant has or has permitted someone to threaten, use violence and or intimidation against other allotment plot holders or the owners or occupiers of adjoining or neighbouring property.
