The Tenant must observe and perform any other special conditions which the Council consider necessary to preserve the Allotment Plot from deterioration and of which notice shall be given to the Tenant in accordance with Clause 7 of this Agreement.
The Tenant must not without the prior consent in writing of the Council erect any building and without prejudice to the foregoing the term building shall include any garden shed, greenhouse or poly tunnel on the Allotment Plot and in regard to any building for which consent has been granted to erect the same in accordance with plans or specifications (and of materials specified therein) submitted to the Council by the Tenant.
The Tenant must not sublet, assign or part with the possession of the Allotment Plot or of any part thereof without the prior consent in writing of the Council.
The Tenant MUST permit any officer or other agent or representative of the Council to enter on the Allotment Plot and inspect the condition thereof and of any building erected or being erected thereon.
The Tenant: • Shall cultivate the Allotment Plot and shall use it only for the production of fruit, vegetables and flowers for domestic consumption by themselves or their family.
