Nuisances and obstacles. During the Term of Lease (including the Additional Term of Lease) the Lessee shall not perform and shall not allow any other party to perform in the Leased Premises or in connection therewith any action that might constitute a nuisance or an obstacle or cause any damage or inconvenience to the Lessor and/or the owner and/or the owners and/or possessors of nearby properties and/or to any third party. At the time of implementing the Lessee's Works the Lessee shall endeavor to the best of its abilities to diminish the inconvenience caused by the implementation of such works as aforesaid and shall strictly observe all the provisions set forth by law in connection therewith, including and without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid, maintaining a clean environment during the entire period of implementing the Lessee's Works. Without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid, during the Term of Lease (including the Additional Term of Lease) the Lessee shall maintain the Leased Premises and surroundings thereof clean and shall not place outside the Leased Premises tools and/or boxes and/or goods and/or any articles.

Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • General Precautions ‌ • No food or drink is allowed next to your MLD while it is in use. • Cords, cables, and removable storage devices must be inserted carefully into the MLD. • Students should never carry their MLDs while the screen is open, unless directed to do so by a teacher. • MLDs should be shut down or placed in standby mode before moving them to conserve battery life. • MLDs should never be left in a car or any unsupervised area. • Students are responsible for keeping their MLD’s battery charged for school each day. •

  • COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.

  • POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.
