NUMBER AND CHANGES OF SHOP STEWARDS. It is agreed that the Union and the department will maintain positions known as shop stewards within Bargaining Unit I. The shop xxxxxxx shall be selected from locations throughout the County by the Union. It is agreed that the County shall not attempt to transfer any shop stewards of the Union for reasons associated with his/her duties as shop xxxxxxx. If a shop xxxxxxx is assigned to another position by the County, the Union shall have the right to immediately replace the individual with another shop xxxxxxx. Should the Union wish to change shop stewards during a grievance procedure, it may do so provided that only one xxxxxxx shall be allowed time off from work at any one time to investigate or settle the grievance.

  • Number of Stewards The Union may designate one (1), but no more than one (1), xxxxxxx on each shift for each of the Employer's principal work areas from among those employees who work therein.

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties.   • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Classification Changes When the University determines that a revision of a class specification for positions covered by this agreement is needed, and such revision affects the collective bargaining unit designation, the University shall notify AFSCME in writing of the proposed change. AFSCME shall notify the University, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the proposed changes, of any comments it has concerning the proposed changes or of its desire to discuss the proposed changes.

  • Multiple Measures of Student Learning Measures must include a combination of classroom, school and district assessments, student growth percentiles on state assessments, if state assessments are available, and student MEPA gain scores. This definition may be revised as required by regulations or agreement of the parties upon issuance of ESE guidance expected by July 2012.
