Number of Days in Summer Session. 7.3.1 The number of contract days in the regular summer session, if held, shall be a maximum of thirty-four (34) work days in each summer of the contract.

Number of Days In computing the number of days for purposes of this Agreement, all days shall be counted, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; provided, however, that if the final day of any time period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday on which federal banks are or may elect to be closed, then the final day shall be deemed to be the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or such holiday.
Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.

No-‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-‐Activation Period ends.
Snow Days If an employee, after good faith efforts, is unable to report to work for their scheduled duty period because of weather conditions, and if a disaster due to weather is declared by the Governor or the Grand Traverse County Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, the employee at the employee's option may take a days leave without pay or work on a pass day to make up the lost day, or may utilize an accumulated sick leave day or vacation day. Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement. On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall render to Buyer an invoice for the payment obligations incurred hereunder during the preceding month, based on the Energy Delivered in the preceding month, and any RECs deposited in Buyer’s GIS account or a GIS account designated by Buyer to Seller in writing in the preceding month. Such invoice shall contain supporting detail for all charges reflected on the invoice, and Seller shall provide Buyer with additional supporting documentation and information as Buyer may request.
Days Unless otherwise specifically indicated to the contrary, the word "days" as used in this Lease shall mean and refer to calendar days.
