Common use of Number of Formal Observations Clause in Contracts

Number of Formal Observations. Members with temporary or probationary status will be evaluated annually with two formal observations. One observation will be completed by December 1 and the second will be completed by January 30. Members with permanent status who are being evaluated will have at least one but not more than two Formal Observations, unless the Member is on an Improvement Plan. The Member and the Evaluator may mutually agree to additional Formal Observations.
