Professional Evaluations. 11.4.1 The Professional(s) will review and evaluate the results of all inspections, tests and written reports required by this Contract For Construction and by any governmental entity having or asserting jurisdiction over the Project. The Professional(s) will take appropriate action on test results, including acceptance, rejection, requiring additional testing or corrective work, or such other action deemed appropriate by the Professional(s). The Professional(s) will promptly reject Work which does not conform to and comply with testing requirements.

Professional Evaluations. In signing this Agreement, the Professional consents to the evaluation of its performance by the Department and understands that any such evaluation may be used in future selections of Professionals. Furthermore, the Professional’s Consultants may also be evaluated. The Professional is required to notify each of its Consultants that in contracting with the Professional, the Consultant consents to the Department’s evaluation of the Consultant and to the use of any such evaluation in future selections of Professionals.

Professional Evaluations. By signing this Agreement, the Professional consents to the evaluation of its performance by the System, or its representatives, and the Professional understands that any such evaluation may be used in future selections of professionals. The System, or its representatives, shall provide the Professional with notice of any unsatisfactory evaluations and the reasons therefore. In such cases, the Professional shall be entitled to submit a reply. Furthermore, the Professional's subconsultants may also be evaluated. The Professional is required to notify each of its subconsultants that in contracting with the Professional, the subconsultant consents to the System's evaluation of the subconsultant and to the use of any such evaluation in future selections of professionals.
Professional Evaluations. In connection with certain state and federal programs, including the Race to the Top Federal grant, it is contemplated that the data and formulae provided by Customer to PMI in connection with the MMR will include those relating to professional evaluations of teachers employed by Customer. Customer and the union representing Customer’s teachers have jointly determined factors, and the weighting thereof, to be used in such professional evaluations, and PMI has had no role in such determination. For avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that Customer is solely responsible for determining and providing to PMI the factors and the weighting of each factor (the “Formula”) to be used for Customer’s teachers’ professional evaluations, and the data to enter in to the Formula. PMI is responsible for (a) entering Customer’s data into the FASTe database, (b) executing Customer’s Formula using the FASTe Data approved or deemed approved by Customer, and (c) presenting the results of the Formula in the MMR.

Furthermore, the PROFESSIONAL’s Consultants will also be evaluated. The DEPARTMENT shall provide the PROFESSIONAL and PROFESSIONAL’s Consultants with written notice of any unsatisfactory evaluations and the reasons therefore. PROFESSIONAL shall be entitled to submit a reply.

  • TEACHER EVALUATIONS 1. Evaluation of teachers and the Career Placement Coordinator shall be an ongoing and continuous process consisting of Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3. Years 2 and 3 processes will be utilized with nurses and social workers. It is recognized by the Board and the Association that, in addition to the classroom performance of the teacher, which includes knowledge of subject matter, appropriate and effective classroom control and discipline, and the ability to establish rapport and a positive working relationship with students, other factors contribute to the effectiveness of the teacher's total achievement in his/her assignment. Test results may be discussed verbally with the teacher(s). No written reference to test results will be used in teacher evaluation. Any recognized deficiency in teacher performance will be brought to the attention of the teacher in a reasonable period of time and shall be substantiated. All monitoring and observation of the performance of an employee shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher. Classroom visitation by evaluators for the purpose of evaluating shall not unduly interfere with the normal teacher-learning process.

  • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.

  • Final Evaluation IC must submit a final report and a project evaluation to the Arts Commission within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services. Any and all unexpended funds from IC must be returned to City no later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the Services.

  • Formal Evaluations The employer shall undertake formal evaluations of an employee’s performance of the various duties and responsibilities of a position only if one or more of the following conditions is present: • employee request • mutual agreement of hiring unit and employee • recommendation arising from informal evaluation • decision of Chair, Xxxx, Director or designate resulting from the processing of a complaint in accordance with Article 8.

For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order.

  • PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATIONS A. Not later than March 1 of the calendar year in which this Agreement expires, the Association and the District will begin negotiations for a successor Agreement. Any Agreement so negotiated will apply to all teachers, and will be reduced to writing and signed by the District and the Association.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 11.1 The evaluation of the Employee’s performance will form the basis for rewarding outstanding performance or correcting unacceptable performance.

  • Professional Conferences Professional conferences are those conferences sponsored by educational organizations, institutions of higher learning, and government and industry concerning teaching, learning and educational research. When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.
