Nurse Contributions in Lieu. Subject to the benefit provider’s approval, any eligible Full-time Registered Nurses will be permitted to continue coverage under the Health Insurance Program for a maximum of six (6) months when:
i) a Full-time Nurse is on unpaid leave of absence, including for medical reasons, for longer than thirty (30) calendar days;
