Benefit Provider Clause Samples

Benefit Provider. The current benefit design will remain in place during the term of this agreement. Upon proper notice the Employer may change benefit carriers.

Benefit Provider. ‌ Prior to any proposed changes in the benefit carrier, the Employer will advise the Union in writing 30 days in advance of a change. The Employer agrees to ensure that at a minimum a new carrier shall provide the same benefits and benefit levels as the previous carrier.

Benefit Provider. ‌ The current benefit plan will remain in place during the term of this agreement. The Employer may seek to change benefit providers so long as the level of benefits provided is maintained at a comparable level as included in the benefit booklet at the time of ratification.

Benefit Provider. It is agreed during the 2008 negotiations, that there will be no loss or reduction on benefits from 2007 – 2008 agreement to 2008 – 2011 collective agreement. This same will apply for the transition from Manulife Financial to future providers.
