NURSE REPRESENTATIVES AND ASSOCIATION COMMITTEES. The Employer recognizes nurse representatives appointed or elected by the Local Association to represent the nurses in their employment relations with the Employer. The Local Association shall advise the Employer of the name(s) of such representatives, and any revisions as and when required. The Employer shall not be required to recognize or correspond with any representative until the Employer has been so notified in writing.
