Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee. The Hospitalagrees to nurse representatives to be elected or amongst nurses in the bar unit for of dealingwith as in this Collective Agreement. The Hospitalwill recognize a Grievance committee, one of whom shall be chairperson. This Committee shall oper- ate and conduct itself in accordance with the of the CollectiveAgreement and the number o nurses on the Grievance Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. It is agreed that nurse representativesand members of the Grievance Committee have their regular duties and responsibilitiesto performfor the Hospital and shall not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permis- sion from their immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. If, in the performance of their duties, a nurse representative or member of the Grievance Committee is re to enter a nursing unit within the hospital in which is not ordinarily employed she shall, immediately upon entering such nursing unit, report her presence to the supervisoror nurse in charge, as the case be.
