Common use of Nurse Staffing Law Clause in Contracts

Nurse Staffing Law. The Employer and registered nurses will act in compliance with Oregon’s hospital nurse staffing law, ORS 441.151 through 441.192. At least twice per year the CNE or the CNE’s designee shall, at the request of the Nurse Staffing Committee, meet with that Committee at one of its scheduled meetings.
