Staffing Plans. The Grantee ensured SNAP-Ed staff meet the specific qualifications necessary to carry out the functions for each of the core services. Further, the Grantee must maintain adequate personnel documentation in accordance with standard human resources best practices. Please note that all staff paid with SNAP-Ed funds should support the delivery of SNAP- Ed services to the target audience. For each priority project, Grantee must provide the following information for all paid staff that performs SNAP-Ed functions within their Staffing Plans:
A. Defines the required qualifications, skills, and duties of each staff position, including the skills needed to serve the target audience and individuals who are difficult to serve. Attach a statement of work listing each staff position title and SNAP-Ed related job duties for each position. This should clearly show how the position supports the delivery of planned SNAP-Ed activities.
B. Indicates if a position is full- or part-time.
C. FTEs charged to SNAP-Ed: For each position title, provide the Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) that will be funded through SNAP-Ed.
D. Percentage of SNAP-Ed Time Spent on Management/Administrative Duties: For each position title, provide the percentage of SNAP-Ed time the position will spend performing management/administrative duties (including training and professional development).
E. Percentage of SNAP-Ed Time Spent on SNAP-Ed delivery, including all approaches described in Guidance Section 1: For each position title, provide the percentage of SNAP-Ed time the position will spend on SNAP-Ed direct delivery, multi-level interventions, and community and public health approaches including PSE efforts. This information should coincide with information provided in the attached statement of work/position description.

Staffing Plans. Each department shall develop a staffing level plan for their department. Employees shall have the opportunity to have input into the development of the plan. Safety concerns for staff and patients shall be considered in the development and implementation of the plan. Staffing plans shall be communicated as needed, but at least quarterly.

2. Include a mechanism to measure patient acuity and nursing work intensity.
a. A patient acuity and workload intensity tool is to be agreed upon by UBNPC consensus, and included with the staffing plan submission.
3. The Employer will maintain appropriate staffing levels on each unit, supported by the acuity and intensity outlined in Section 6.17.1(2), for the duration of the shift.
Staffing Plans. 16 20.1 The Hospital shall be responsible for developing and implementing a written 18 collaboratively by the Hospital Nurse Staffing Committee (HNSC) that includes 19 staff nurses selected by the bargaining unit. The staffing plan shall include the 20 number, qualifications and categories of nursing staff needed for all units. The 21 HNSC shall evaluate and monitor the written plan for nursing services for 22 effectiveness and revise the plan as needed as part of the Hospital’s quality 23 assurance process. Written documentation of these quality assurance activities 24 shall be maintained consistent with applicable laws and regulations, as well as 25 standards setas required by the implementing regulations under the Oregon 26 Nurse Staffing Law (formerly known as HB 2800).
Staffing Plans. All staffing plans must be approved by the Department. The Contractor shall submit any proposed revisions to the initial staffing plan that was provided in their project proposal to the Department within 30 days of Contract Implementation. The staffing plan is subject to change throughout the life of the Contract. In the event there are mission changes that impact on health services functions and responsibilities at institutions covered by this Contract, the Department shall advise the Contractor of such changes in writing and request an updated staffing plan. The Department must approve any and all revisions to the staffing plan.

Staffing Plans. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall preclude either party from obtaining the above services from other providers. During the term of this Agreement, each party shall use reasonable efforts to hire or train personnel and, in its discretion, establish consulting relationships with third parties, so that each party will, with the passage of time, increasingly be able to perform or have performed all of the above services for itself. Each party shall keep the other generally informed of its plans in this regard in order for the other party to make any appropriate adjustments in its staffing and hiring plans.

Staffing Plans. The staffing committee will be responsible for making 19 recommendations to the Agency regarding the components and parameters of an 20 appropriate staffing plan. Factors the committee will consider when developing a plan 21 shall include, but not be limited to, case management functions, caseloads, geographic 23 complexity and acuity of patients. In addition, the committee shall develop a 24 methodology for determining and accounting for weight of visits in its staffing 25 recommendations. The committee shall also develop criteria that accounts for 26 technological impacts on nurses’ workloads. The Agency will accommodate reasonable 27 requests for relevant data from the committee for its use in evaluating current staffing 28 practices and potential alternatives. 29
