Objections Based on Morals. If an employee in the Bargaining Unit certifies in writing that moral objections do not allow payment of dues or a representational fee to any employee organization, an amount equal to the Association service fee will be deducted monthly from the employee's paycheck, and that amount shall be deposited by the District with a recognized charitable organization designated by the employee, but in no event shall the charitable organization be a religious sect.
