OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. Subject to the Acceptance by the Publisher undertakes to publish the Article to the customary standard of the Publisher at the cost and expense of the Publisher within a reasonable period after Acceptance.
OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. 4.1 The publication of the Manuscript by ASSAf is subject to the Final Acceptance of the Manuscript by ASSAf.
4.2 Subject to Final Acceptance, ASSAf undertakes to publish the Manuscript to ASSAf’s customary standard at the cost and expense of ASSAf within a reasonable period after Acceptance.
4.3 Notwithstanding Clause 4.2 above, ASSAf may charge the Author(s) for redrawing of figures resulting from substandard qualities of submitted figures and for substantial changes at the proof stage.
4.4 If the Manuscript is not accepted for publication by ASSAf the portions of the Agreement pertaining to publication of the Manuscript by ASSAf shall be null and void and the authors shall be free to submit and publish the Manuscript elsewhere.
OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. Where a licence is granted for electronic editions, the Publisher will publish the Work in electronic form within three (3) months of the date of delivery unless prevented by circumstances beyond its control, but in no circumstances later than twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. TITLE MAINTENANCE After Publisher has made the Work available for the first three year (3) agreement period, the Publisher has the right to charge an annual title maintenance fee for each version of the Work, for each additional twelve (12) month period that the Work remains available through Publisher. The fee will be based on the current information displayed, at the time of the charge. The Publisher may invoice the Author or deduct the title maintenance fee from any future royalty payments due to the AUTHOR. TERM Pursuant to the Agreement extending for three(3) years from the date the Publisher first releases files of the Work to the printer for publication, this agreement will automatically renew for consecutive one (1) year terms if neither party gives thirty

Subject to Final Acceptance, RIG ILKKM SG BULOH undertakes to publish the Manuscript to the customary standard and at the expense of RIG ILKKM SG BULOH within a reasonable period after Acceptance. Notwithstanding Clause 4.2 above, RIG ILKKM SG BULOH may charge the Author(s) for colour printing, redrawing of figures resulting from substandard qualities of submitted figures and for substantial changes at the proof stage. If the Manuscript is not accepted for publication by RIG ILKKM SG BULOH the portions of the Agreement pertaining to publication of the Manuscript by RIG ILKKM SG BULOH shall be null and void and the authors shall be free to submit and publish the Manuscript elsewhere.
OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. 4.1 The publication of the Manuscript by Journal of Pharmacy is subject to the Final Acceptance of the Manuscript by Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, International Islamic University Malaysia.
4.2 Subject to Final Acceptance, Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, International Islamic University Malaysia undertakes to publish the Manuscript to the customary standard and at the expense of Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, International Islamic University Malaysia within a reasonable period after Acceptance.
4.3 Notwithstanding Clause 4.2 above, Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, International Islamic University Malaysia may charge the Author(s) for colour printing, redrawing of figures resulting from substandard qualities of submitted figures and for substantial changes at the proof stage.
4.4 If the Manuscript is not accepted for publication by Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, International Islamic University Malaysia the portions of the Agreement pertaining to publication of the Manuscript by Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, International Islamic University Malaysia shall be null and void and the authors shall be free to submit and publish the Manuscript elsewhere.
OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. 4.1. The publication of the Manuscript by the UKZN is subject to the Final Acceptance of the Manuscript by the UKZN.
4.2. Subject to Final Acceptance, the UKZN undertakes to publish the Manuscript to the UFS’s customary standard at the cost and expense of the UFS within a reasonable period after Acceptance.
4.3. Notwithstanding Clause 4.2 above, the UKZN may charge the Author(s) for colour printing, redrawing of figures resulting from substandard qualities of submitted figures and for substantial changes at the proof stage.
4.4. If the Manuscript is not accepted for publication by the UKZN the portions of the Agreement pertaining to publication of the Manuscript by the UKZN shall be null and void and the authors shall be free to submit and publish the Manuscript elsewhere.
OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. The publication of the Manuscript by the UFS is subject to the Final Acceptance of the Manuscript by the UFS. Subject to Final Acceptance, the UFS undertakes to publish the Manuscript to the UFS’s customary standard at the cost and expense of the UFS within a reasonable period after Acceptance. Notwithstanding Clause 4.2 above, the UFS may charge the Author(s) for colour printing, redrawing of figures resulting from substandard qualities of submitted figures and for substantial changes at the proof stage. If the Manuscript is not accepted for publication by the UFS the portions of the Agreement pertaining to publication of the Manuscript by the UFS shall be null and void and the authors shall be free to submit and publish the Manuscript elsewhere.
OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. 1. The publication of the manuscript by UPM Press is subject to the final acceptance of the manuscript by Xxxxxxxxx.
2. Subject to final acceptance, UPM Press undertakes to publish the manuscript to the customary standard and at the expense of UPM Press within a reasonable period after acceptance.
3. Xxxxxxxxx publishes the journals on a non-profit basis and charges a publication fee to meet operational costs. A publishing fee of MYR200/USD50 will be imposed for every ACCEPTED PAPER.
4. If the manuscript is not accepted for publication by Xxxxxxxxx, the portions of the agreement pertaining to the publication of the manuscript by UPM Press shall be null and void, and the authors shall be free to submit and publish the manuscript elsewhere.
OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. The Publisher undertakes to publish the work of the Rights Holder within a reasonable period of time after its Acceptance.
OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH. 4.1. The publication of the Manuscript by the UFS is subject to the Final Acceptance of the Manuscript by the UFS.
