Industry Standards means security measures that are commercially reasonable in the information technology industry and that are designed to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Accenture Data, and to protect against Security Incidents.
safety standard means the Code of Practice for the Wiring of Premises SANS 10142-1 incorporated in the Regulations;
Customary Servicing Practices means the customary servicing practices of the Servicer or any Sub-Servicer with respect to all comparable motor vehicle receivables that the Servicer or such Sub-Servicer, as applicable, services for itself and others, as such customary servicing practices may be changed from time to time, it being understood that the Servicer and the Sub-Servicers may not have the same “Customary Servicing Practices.”
Contract Standard means such standard as complies in each and every respect with all relevant provisions of the Contract;
Uniform standard means a standard adopted by the commission for a product line, pursuant to article VII of this compact, and shall include all of the product requirements in aggregate; provided, that each uniform standard shall be construed, whether express or implied, to prohibit the use of any inconsistent, misleading, or ambiguous provisions in a product and the form of the product made available to the public shall not be unfair, inequitable, or against public policy as determined by the commission.
Standard of Care has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.
Standard means a document approved by a recognised body, that provides for common and repeated use, rules, guidelines, or characteristics for goods or services, or related processes and production methods, with which compliance is not mandatory. It may also include or deal exclusively with terminology, symbols, packaging, marking, or labelling requirements as they apply to a good, service, process, or production method;
Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.
Customary Servicing Procedures means procedures (including collection procedures) that the Assuming Institution (or, to the extent a Third Party Servicer is engaged, the Third Party Servicer) customarily employs and exercises in servicing and administering mortgage loans for its own accounts and the servicing procedures established by FNMA or FHLMC (as in effect from time to time), which are in accordance with accepted mortgage servicing practices of prudent lending institutions.
Petroleum Industry Standards means the Definitions for Oil and Gas Reserves promulgated by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (or any generally recognized successor) as in effect at the time in question.
Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.
Level of care means the range of available services provided from the most integrated setting to the most restrictive and most intensive in an inpatient setting.
Prudent Servicing Practices The standard of care set forth in each Servicing Agreement.
Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.
Technical standard means a document that specifies design, predicted performance and operation and maintenance specifications for a material, device or method.
Xxxxxx Xxx Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx' Guide and the Xxxxxx Xxx Servicers' Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.
Monitoring Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.
Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.
Xxxxxx Xxx Guide means the Xxxxxx Mae MBS Selling and Servicing Guide, as such Guide may hereafter from time to time be amended.
Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.
Prudent means economically and otherwise reasonable in light of the social benefits to be derived from the proposed regulated activity provided cost may be considered in deciding what is prudent and further provided a mere showing of expense will not necessarily mean an alternative is imprudent.
Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

Periodic Billing Requirement means, for any Remittance Period, the aggregate amount of Charges calculated by the Servicer as necessary to be billed during such period in order to collect the Periodic Payment Requirement on a timely basis.
