Title Maintenance. The availability of the Work to the book trade worldwide is subject to annual renewal on the anniversary of publication. Renewal will be completed for an annual fee of £30.00 which covers the cost of maintaining the title of the book trade systems.
Title Maintenance. Debtor is and will be, the owner of the Collateral, free of all liens, encumbrances and security interests except for the security interests created hereby or any interest specifically consented to in writing by the Secured Parties. The Debtor will keep the Collateral in good order and repair.

From the date this Agreement takes effect and subject to Section 3.5, the Owner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain title to the Property and to do all things and make all payments necessary or appropriate to maintain the right, title and interest of the Owner in the Property.

(a) to pay, when due, any taxes, duties or other payments on or with respect to the Property (other than taxes, duties or other payments that the Grantor is contesting in good faith) or doing all things and making any investments required by applicable law, or any permit or concession (or equivalent), to maintain the right, title and interest of the Grantor in the Property; and
(b) to make such filings and recordings on or with respect to the Property as are necessary to maintain title to the Property in accordance with applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, the Grantor shall not voluntarily abandon, surrender or otherwise relinquish all or any part of the Property.
Title Maintenance. From the date this Deed takes effect, Tonkin shall maintain title to the Property, including without limitation, paying when due all Federal annual mining claim maintenance fees and all taxes on or with respect to the Property, doing all things (including the filing and recording of such affidavits and notices of intent to hold as are required under Nevada law), and making of all payments necessary or appropriate to maintain the right, title and interest of Tonkin and Owner, respectively, in the Property and under this Deed. Tonkin must provide proof of title maintenance one (1) month in advance of statutory deadlines.
Title Maintenance. 7.1 Title Maintenance and Taxes Subject to Section 7.2, the Payor must:
(1) not do or permit to be done, anything that may render the Property liable for forfeiture;
(2) maintain title to the Property, including without limitation, paying when due all taxes, duties or other payments on or with respect to the Property and doing all things and making any investments required by Applicable Law or appropriate to maintain the right, title and interest of the Payor and the Recipient, respectively, in the Property and under this Royalty Agreement; and
(3) perform all required assessment work (whether statutory or contractual), pay all maintenance fees and make such filings and recordings on the Property as are necessary to maintain title to the Property in accordance with Applicable Law and regulations.
Title Maintenance. Your Title is based upon your highest “Paid As” Rank. Your Title will be maintained as long as all qualifications for the Title are met. If your “Paid As” Title has not been maintained for 4 consecutive months, your title will be adjusted to the actual performance level Title you achieve in the 5th month. Promotions to the next Title can always occur in real time, based upon achieving qualifications of that Title in the given month.
Title Maintenance. The availability of the Work to the book trade is subject for renewal on the anniversary of publication every year. You will be informed prior to the renewal date and renewal will be completed for a fee of £30.00. Should the Author wish to terminate the Work’s availability at that point, they must inform the Publisher at least 21 days prior to the renewal date, or a renewal charge will still be payable. If the Author informs the Publisher they wish to renew at least 21 days prior to the renewal date, there will be no disruption to the Work’s availability.
