Obligations of the Host Committee. The Host Committee has been established and will perform and provide support, hospitality, and welcoming functions in connection with the Convention. The Host Committee agrees that, provided the RNC holds the Convention in the Nashville Metropolitan Area during the Convention Period, the Host Committee shall fully and timely perform all of its obligations set forth in this Agreement and to use best efforts to assist Metro in performing its obligations under this Agreement.
