Contracting Goals. The Host Committee and the DNCC will aggressively work to ensure that of the aggregate dollar value of all contracts for goods, equipment, services and supplies entered into by the Host Committee pursuant to this Agreement, a significant portion will be awarded to minority-owned, women-owned, and persons with disabilities-owned business enterprises (each as categorized in accordance with the vendor directory prepared pursuant to Section 18.3), reflective of the substantial presence of such business enterprises in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area. To accomplish this, the Host Committee will consult with appropriate representatives of the minority-owned, women-owned and persons with disabilities- owned business community to help determine the best way to accomplish these goals. The Host Committee agrees to develop and implement a comprehensive tracking system, and to provide monthly reports to the DNCC, to identify contracts awarded to businesses owned by minorities, women and persons with disabilities.

Contracting Goals. 1.2.1 Nondiscrimination Clause - The Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission (Commission) in accordance with the Commission policies on equal opportunity and affirmative action in employment and contracting, Chapter 363 of the Minnesota Human Rights Act, Chapter 139/141 of the Minneapolis Civil Rights Ordinance and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to notice, all bidders, contractors and subcontractors will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to invitation and will not be discriminated against on the basis or race, sex, age, disability, affectional preference, marital status, or status in regards to public assistance in consideration for an award.

The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”).
