Convention Period definition

Convention Period means the period beginning 12:01 a.m. Local Time (as defined below) on Saturday, September 1, 2012, through and including 8:00 a.m. Local Time on Friday, September 7, 2012.
Convention Period means the period beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the day that is twelve (12) days prior to the opening session of the Convention and extending through 12:00 midnight on the eighth (8th) day following the last session of the Convention, which such period will be determined by the RNC on or before January 1, 2023 (or such later date as mutually agreed to by Metro and the RNC in writing) and be in one of the three following slots: either (i) beginning at 12:01 a.m. Local Time on June 24, 2024, or later and ending at 11:59 p.m. Local Time on July 26, 2024; or (ii) beginning at 12:01 a.m. Local Time on July 29, 2024, or later and ending at 11:59 p.m. Local Time on August 30, 2024; or (iii) beginning at 12:01 a.m. Local Time on August 5, 2024, or later and ending at 11:59 p.m. Local Time on September 6, 2024. Upon notice by the RNC on or before December 1, 2023, the Convention Period may begin up to seven (7) days before or after the start date set forth in this definition, provided that the duration of the Convention Period shall not exceed [fourteen (14)] days unless extended pursuant to Section 2.2(b).
Convention Period means the period beginning on the first day of a national political convention held in Milwaukee in the summer of 2024 until the day after the convention’s last day.

  • Furthermore, the City shall provide unlimited free rides on the Milwaukee Streetcar for Convention attendees and the public during the Convention Period.

  • A Convention Period Extension may also occur by the mutual written consent of all Parties.

  • During the Convention Period, and Metro agrees to maintain its current practices with respect to enforcement of such regulations as may be in effect as of the Effective Date that govern fares and fees for regularly scheduled and chartered bus service, limousine service, and taxi service in Davidson County.

  • During the Convention Period and at other times as may be set forth in the Security Plan, the City shall restrict to exclusive use of the DNC, and such other persons as the DNC alone may authorize, such streets and sidewalks as may be designated in the Security Plan for purposes of protecting public safety and facilitating transportation flow.

  • The City-designated officer (or officers) shall be available on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week, by cellular telephone, beginning on June 11, 2020 through the conclusion of the Convention Period.

  • The Host Committee shall provide up to three hundred fifty (350) passes, for local subway and bus transportation, for use by DNCC staff, during the period beginning on the 60th day prior to the Convention Period through and including the last day of the Convention Period.

Convention Period means the time period commencing at 12:01 a.m. central daylight time on Saturday, July 13, 2024, and extending until 12:01 a.m. central daylight time on Saturday, July 20, 2024, or as further required for the completion of the Republican National Committee’s Presidential nominating process. MCO § 105.55(2)(d).

Convention Period means the time period commencing at 6:00
Convention Period shall, for purposes of this City Service Agreement, mean and include each day or portion thereof of such extension; provided, however, that the Convention Period shall not include any period of time beyond 11:59 p.m. eastern time on September 7, 2012. All time references in this City Service Agreement shall refer to such time in the City.

Related to Convention Period

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Limitation Period means any period while any amount remains owing on the Note and interest on such amount, calculated at the applicable interest rate, plus any fees or other sums payable under any Loan Document and deemed to be interest under applicable law, would exceed the amount of interest which would accrue at the Highest Lawful Rate.

  • Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issue of a TSP’s Preliminary Notice or a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice, as provided in Article 13 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances;

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “Floating Interest Period”, timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each Floating Interest Period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Company decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Company decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Company determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Company determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Negotiation Period has the meaning given in Clause 5.10;

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Marketing Period means the first period of eighteen (18) consecutive Business Days throughout which (i) Parent shall have received from the Company all of the Required Financial Information and during which period such information shall remain compliant in all material respects at all times with the applicable provisions of Regulation S-X and S-K under the Securities Act and (ii) only with respect to any such period (or portion of such period) occurring on or prior to January 2, 2018, the conditions set forth in Section 8.1 shall be satisfied or waived (other than those conditions that by their nature can only be satisfied on the Closing Date) and nothing has occurred and no condition exists that would cause any of the conditions set forth in Section 8.2 (other than those conditions that by their nature can only be satisfied at the Closing Date) to fail to be satisfied, assuming that the Closing Date were to be scheduled for any time during such eighteen (18) Business Day period; provided that that (w) if such period has not ended prior to December 19, 2016, then it will not commence until on or after January 3, 2017, (x) July 3, 2017 and November 24, 2017 shall not be included as Business Days for such purpose, (y) if such period has not ended prior to August 18, 2017, then it will not commence until on or after September 5, 2017 and (z) if such period has not ended prior to December 15, 2017, then it will not commence until on or after January 2, 2018; provided, further, that the Marketing Period will not be deemed to have commenced if prior to the completion of the Marketing Period, (x) the Company’s auditors shall have withdrawn their audit opinion contained in the Required Financial Information in which case the Marketing Period shall not be deemed to commence unless and until a new unqualified audit opinion is issued with respect thereto by the Company’s auditors or another independent public accounting firm reasonably acceptable to Parent or (y) the Company issues a public statement indicating its intent to restate any historical financial statements of the Company or that any such restatement is under consideration or may be a possibility in which case the Marketing Period shall not be deemed to commence unless and until such restatement has been completed and the relevant SEC report or SEC reports have been amended or the Company has announced that it has concluded that no restatement shall be required in accordance with GAAP; provided, further, that the Marketing Period shall end on any earlier date that is the date on which the Financing is funded in full.
