Obligations of the Successful Bidder. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the obligations of the Successful Bidder under any of the Financing Documents. The Successful Bidder shall simultaneously deliver a copy to the Lenders’ Agent of any notice or document delivered to the Account Bank pursuant to this Agreement.
Obligations of the Successful Bidder. 5.8.1 The Successful Bidder shall in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, undertake the following: i to keep the Performance Security valid and subsisting in the manner provided in Section 9.1 of this Agreement; ii to provide required manpower at a Site office for managing the Project during the implementation phase; iii provide capital contributions in the manner provided in this Agreement; and iv compliance with the provisions relating to liability and indemnification under this Agreement.
Obligations of the Successful Bidder. 1. The successful bidder shall, at his own expense, provide all manner of supervision, labor, materials, apparatus, scaffolding, appliances, tools, machinery, transportation, and whatever else may be required of every description necessary to do and complete the work, and shall be solely answerable for the same and for the safe, proper, and lawful construction, maintenance, and use thereof. The successful bidder shall employ only competent workers and shall provide experienced supervisors.
