Site Office. The contractor has to maintain his site-office at his own cost. Space for site office shall be provided by BCPL
Site Office. A. Tenant or Tenant's contractor shall construct an appropriate site office for personnel and materials within the Premises.
B. Subject to reasonable security requirements imposed by Landlord and causes beyond Landlord's reasonable control, access to the portions of the Premises in which Tenant's Work may be performed hereunder and the site office will be made available to Tenant and Tenant's contractors seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.

c) A.C. sheet roofing at 12 feet height with false ceiling at 10 ft. height
d) Vitrified tile flooring, plinth height of 450 mm, common toilet room with Lip type urinal and louvered window, granite for kitchen platform. Separate Toilet with lip type urinal for Engineer’s cabin and site office respectively.
e) Well landscaping around the site office.
f) Split Air Conditioners for entire site offices.
g) A pantry with all requirements. Following minimum modular Godrej make brand new furniture shall be provided by the contractor at Engineer’s site office.
a) 1 Executive table and 7 tables of size 5.0” x 2’.6”.
b) 1 Conference table for 16 persons capacity with chair along with projector for presentation with PA System etc.
