Technical Consultations 1. A Party may initiate technical consultations with another Party through the respective contact points with the aim of resolving any matter arising under this Chapter.

In determining who the affected Tribe(s) may be, FEMA will first establish that it is a type of Undertaking with potential to affect historic properties with religious and cultural significance and may consult with the SHPO and Tribe(s), and may access the National Park Service (NPS) Native American Consultation Database or other tools to identify geographic tribal interests.
