Obligations to Run With the Land. The obligations of Owner set forth herein shall run with the land and shall not be the obligations of any prior owner.
Obligations to Run With the Land. The Owner’s obligations hereunder shall run with the Property, including the indemnification provisions of paragraph 5, and each such obligation shall be an ongoing covenant with the land. Upon transfer of the Owner’s complete ownership interest in the Property, the personal obligation of such Owner shall cease, excepting only unfulfilled obligations existing at such date which obligations while remaining an obligation of the Property the Town may nonetheless require such Owner to remedy. In like manner an Owner’s personal obligation arising out of the ownership of a particular lot shall cease upon said Owner’s transfer of such ownership, excepting only unfulfilled obligations existing at such date which obligations the Town may nonetheless require the Owner to remedy (and to indemnify the Town as required under paragraph 5) -- notwithstanding the fact that the same remain an obligation of the Property.

Obligations to Run With the Land. The parties hereto covenant and agree that all of the conditions, covenants, agreements, rights, privileges, obligations, duties, specifications and recitals in this Lease contained, shall be construed as covenants running with the land, and as extending to, inuring to the benefit of, and being binding upon Landlord and Xxxxxx and their successors and assigns, to the same extent as if the said successors and assigns were herein named as original parties hereto, all to the end that this Lease shall always bind the owner and holder of any interest whatsoever in or to the Leased premises, and the Improvements thereon. All provisions of this Lease shall be construed to be "conditions" and "covenants" as though language specifically expressing or importing covenants and conditions were used in each separate provision of this Lease.
Obligations to Run With the Land. The covenants and obligations of this AGREEMENT shall be covenants running with the land, and the parties hereto agree for themselves and their successors and assigns that in any deed of conveyance of all or any portion thereof to any person, partnership, corporation, or other entity, the said covenants and obligations shall be incorporated therein by reference to this AGREEMENT and the recording hereof as fully as if the same were contained therein.
Obligations to Run With the Land. The obligations of the School District set forth herein shall run with the land and shall be the obligation of the School District and any successor owner of a parcel of real property within the Development.
Obligations to Run With the Land. The covenants, restrictions, and obligations of this Agreement shall be perpetual and shall operate as covenants running with the land. Grantors agree for themselves, their heirs, successors, and assigns that in any deed of conveyance of the Premises or any portion thereof to any other person or entity (which the exception of Grantee), this Agreement shall be incorporated by reference as if the same were contained fully therein.
Obligations to Run With the Land. 13.1. Superior warrants that the Owners have authorized Superior to engage in nonmetallic mining on the Property and to enter into this Agreement.
Obligations to Run With the Land. 11.1. EOG warrants that the Owners have authorized EOG to engage in nonmetallic mining on the Property and to enter into this Agreement.
Obligations to Run With the Land. 13.1. TCT warrants that the Owners have authorized TCT to engage in nonmetallic mining on the Property and to enter into this Agreement.
