Observation Enrichment. New teachers shall, upon request and with principal's approval, be granted at least two (2) days to observe other public school teachers. This enrichment shall be with no loss of salary, other leaves, or benefits. Authorization of the principal shall not be unreasonably withheld. The date(s) shall be mutually agreed upon.
