Obstruction of Common Areas. Tenant, its agents and suppliers shall not permit merchandise, supplies, equipment or other effects to be left in the common areas of the Building, except with Landlord’s permission and if required by fire or sanitation regulations.

Obstruction of Common Areas. The Tenant shall not do anything as a result of which any forecourt, path, road or other area over which the Tenant may have rights of access or use may be damaged, or their fair use by others may be obstructed in any way and shall not park any vehicle on any road or open area forming part of the Premises [other than in any approved parking area].
Obstruction of Common Areas. The sidewalks, doorways, vestibules, corridors, lobbies, elevators, stairways and other common areas shall not be encumbered or obstructed by any tenant or its agents, employees, licensees or invitees or used for any purpose other than ingress to and egress from tenant's premises. Doors leading from any tenant premises to a corridor or lobby shall be kept closed when not in use.
Obstruction of Common Areas. Tenant shall not take or permit to be --------------------------- taken in or out of public entrances of the Building, or take or permit on passenger elevators, any item normally or required by Landlord to be taken in or out through service doors or in or on freight elevators; and Tenant shall not, whether temporarily, accidentally or otherwise, allow anything to remain in, place or store anything, in, or obstruct in any way, any common area of the Building, including without limitation any sidewalk, court, passageway, entrance, exit, loading area, shipping area, hall, corridor, elevator, stairway or parking area. Tenant shall lend its full cooperation to keep such areas free from all obstruction and in a clean and sightly condition, and move all supplies, furniture and equipment as soon as received directly to the Premises, and shall move all such items and waste (other than waste customarily removed by Building employees) that are at any time being taken from the Premises directly to the areas designated for disposal. All courts, passageways, entrances, exits, loading areas, shipping areas, elevators, stairways, corridors, halls, root's and other areas designated by Landlord from time to time are not for the use of the general public and Landlord shall in all cases retain the right to control and prevent access thereto by all persons whose presence in the judgment of Landlord shall be prejudicial to the safety or security of the Building, its occupants or others. Neither Tenant nor any employee, agent, licensee, invitee or contractor of Tenant shall enter into areas reserved for the exclusive use of another tenant or of Landlord, any of Landlord's beneficiaries, the managing agent of the Project or any of their respective agents, employees, licensees or invitees.

Obstruction of Common Areas. (ff) Not to encumber or obstruct or permit to be encumbered or obstructed with any boxes packaging or other obstruction of any kind or nature any of the entrances staircases landings passages lifts (if any) lobbies or other parts of the said Building in common use and not to leave rubbish or any other article or thing in any part of the said Building not in the exclusive occupation of the Tenant.

Subtenant shall lend its full cooperation to keep such areas free from all obstruction and in a clean and sightly condition, and move all supplies, furniture and equipment as soon as received directly to the Subleased Premises, and shall move all such items and waste that are at any time being taken from the Subleased Premises directly to the areas designated for disposal. All courts, passageways, entrances, exists, elevators, escalators, stairways, corridors, halls and roofs are not for the use of the general public and Sublandlord shall in all cases retain the right to control and prevent access thereto by all persons whose presence, in the judgment of Sublandlord, shall be prejudicial to the safety, character, reputation and interest of the Building and its tenants; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent such access to persons with whom Subtenant deals within the normal course of Subtenant's business so long as such persons are not engaged in illegal activities.
