Odmena. 1. The Mandatary is entitled to a remuneration of EUR 300 for each full day actually worked in accordance with Article I. 2. Evaluation of three applications is allocated for one full working day. 3. Remuneration will be calculated proportionally based on the actual number of application evaluated by the Mandatary. 4. Remuneration to the Mandatary is due till 30 days following the day of receiving the evaluation form by the Mandator. 5. Remuneration will be paid in euros. 6. Remuneration will be paid only if the original version of this Contract signed by 1. Príkazník má právo na odmenu vo výške 300 Eur za každý celý pracovný deň, počas ktorého pracoval v súlade s článkom I. 2. Jeden celý pracovný deň zodpovedá hodnoteniu troch prihlášok. 3. Odmena bude vypočítaná proporcionálne na základe skutočného počtu hodnotených prihlášok. 4. Odmena je splatná do 30 dní odo dňa prijatia hodnotiaceho formulára Príkazcom. 5. Odmena bude vyplatená v eurách. 6. Odmena bude vyplatená iba v tom prípade, ak bude Príkazcovi doručená originálna verzia zmluvy podpísaná Príkazníkom. 7. Príkazca môže znížiť výšku odmeny, ak príkazník porušil nejakú z ďalších povinností vyplývajúcich mu zo zmluvy.
Odmena. Provision
Odmena. (a) For services performed in accordance with the Agreement, AbbVie shall pay Institution the fees set forth in the Study budget attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (“Study Budget”). The parties agree that the fees set forth in Exhibit A are based on the quantities of the Study procedures required by the EC approved Protocol as of the Effective Date. If a Protocol amendment, as approved by the EC, changes the quantity of existing Study procedures and AbbVie’s payment for the modified quantity of existing Study procedures will not exceed the overall Study Budget, AbbVie will provide Institution with a written notice and pay Institution without requiring an additional written amendment to the Agreement. The parties further agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A represents the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution and any member of the AbbVie Group. (a) Za služby vykonané v súlade s touto Zmluvou zaplatí spoločnosť AbbVie Zariadeniu čiastky stanovené v Rozpočte skúšania, ktorý je priložený k tejto Zmluve a tvorí jej súčasť ako Príloha A („Rozpočet Skúšania“). Zmluvné strany súhlasia s tým, že čiastky uvedené v prílohe A vyplývajú z počtu procedúr Skúšania ktoré sú požadované Protokolom skúšania schváleným k dátumu účinnosti príslušnou etickou komisiou. V prípade, že dodatok k Protokolu schválený etickou komisiou mení počet procedúr v Skúšaní a platby spoločnosti AbbVie za takýto zmenený počet procedúr neprekročia celkový Rozpočet Skúšania, poskytne spoločnosť AbbVie Zariadeniu písomné oznámenie a uhradí Zariadeniu zodpovedajúce čiastky bez nutnosti uzatvoriť dodatočný písomný dodatok k tejto Zmluve. Zmluvné strany súhlasia s tým, že platby stanovené v Prílohe A predstavujú objektívnu trhovú hodnotu za služby, ktoré majú byť poskytnuté, a neboli stanovené spôsobom, ktorý by prihliadal na množstvo alebo hodnotu nejakých odporúčaní alebo zákaziek vzniknutých medzi Zariadením a ktorýmkoľvek členom skupiny AbbVie iným spôsobom.
Odmena. 1. Príkazca sa zaväzuje zaplatiť príkazníkovi za riadne a včasné vykonanie príkazu podľa čl. I. ods. 1 tejto zmluvy odmenu vo výške 17 460,48 eur (slovom: sedemnásťtisíc štyristošesťdesiat eur a štyridsaťosem centov).
Odmena. 9.1 The budget and compensation to be paid for the Clinical Trial is contained in Exhibit B. 9.1 Rozpočet a odmena, ktorá sa má zaplatiť za klinické skúšanie, sú uvedené v prílohe B. Payment shall be due and payable in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit B. Platba bude splatná a uhradená v súlade s harmonogramom platieb uvedeným v prílohe B.
Odmena a) The compensation to the Institution for the conduct of the Study under this Agreement is set out in the Fee and Payment Schedule enclosed as Attachment 1. The amount(s) included in the Fee and Payment Schedule represents the entire compensation under this Agreement and it includes without limitation, the use of the facilities and equipment, administrative costs, overhead, third party costs, taxes (except VAT), travel and other expenses, etc. b) The compensation to the Investigator for the conduct of the Study under this Agreement is set out in the Fee and Payment Schedule enclosed as Attachment 1 to this Agreement. The amounts included in the Fee and Payment Schedule represent the entire compensation under this Agreement and include without limitation all work and care anticipated by the Protocol, etc. a) Xxxxxx za realizáciu Xxxxxx pre Inštitúciu v súlade s touto Zmluvou je stanovená v Tabuľke odmien a platieb, ktorá je Prílohou č. 1 tejto Zmluvy. Sumy uvedené v Tabuľke odmien a platieb predstavujú úhrnnú odmenu v súlade s touto Zmluvou a zahŕňajú bez obmedzenia využívanie priestorov a zariadení, administratívne náklady, režijné náklady, náklady tretích osôb, dane (s výnimkou DPH), cestovné a iné výdavky, atď. b) Xxxxxx za realizáciu Xxxxxx pre Skúšajúceho v súlade s touto Zmluvou je stanovená v Tabuľke odmien a platieb, ktorá je Prílohou č. 1 tejto Zmluvy. Sumy uvedené v Tabuľke odmien a platieb predstavujú úhrnnú odmenu v súlade s touto Zmluvou a zahŕňajú bez obmedzenia všetku prácu a starostlivosť, ktorá sa očakáva podľa Protokolu, atď.
Odmena. 1. Objednávateľ sa zaväzuje zaplatiť autorovi za odborný posudok dohodnutú odmenu vo výške 100,00 EUR (slovom: jednostoeur) na číslo účtu uvedené v čl. I. tejto zmluvy.
Odmena. 1. Objednávateľ sa zaväzuje zaplatiť autorovi za odborné prednášky dohodnutú odmenu vo výške 300,- EUR (slovom: Tristo eur) na číslo účtu uvedené v čl. I. tejto zmluvy.

Odmena a) The compensation for the conduct of the Study under this Agreement is set out in the Fee and Payment Schedule enclosed as Attachment 1. The amount(s) included in the Fee and Payment Schedule represents the entire compensation under this Agreement. The Sponsor or PSI will make no payment in addition to the funding set out in Fee and Payment Schedule (Attachment 1) in connection with this Agreement. a) Odmena za realizáciu Skúšania podľa tejto Zmluvy sa uvádza v Harmonograme poplatkov a úhrad v Prílohe 1. Suma(y), ktorá(é) sa uvádza(jú) v Harmonograme poplatkov a úhrad predstavuje(ú) celkovú odmenu podľa tejto Zmluvy. Zadávateľ alebo PSI nevykonajú v súvislosti s touto Zmluvou žiadnu úhradu okrem tých, ktoré sa uvádzajú v Harmonograme poplatkov a úhrad (Príloha 1).
