Common use of Odměna Clause in Contracts

Odměna. a. AbbVie shall pay Institution in accordance with the Study budget attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (“Budget Summary and Payment Schedule”). Institution understands and agrees that none of Principal Investigator or subinvestigator(s) will receive any funds from AbbVie in connection with the performance of the Study other than the funds paid to Institution in accordance with Exhibit A. The parties agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A represents the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution and any member of the AbbVie Group. a. Společnost AbbVie uhradí Zdravotnickému zařízení odměnu v souladu s Rozpočtem studie připojeným k této Smlouvě a začleněným do ní jako Příloha A (“Přehled rozpočtu a platební harmonogram“). Zdravotnické zařízení bere na vědomí a souhlasí s tím, že Hlavní zkoušející ani další zkoušející nedostanou od společnosti AbbVie v souvislosti s prováděním Studie žádné jiné prostředky než ty, které AbbVie vyplatí Zdravotnickému zařízení v souladu s Přílohou A. Strany sjednávají, že částka k výplatě uvedená v Příloze A představuje objektivní tržní hodnotu poskytnutých služeb a nebyla stanovena žádným způsobem, který by bral v potaz objem nebo hodnotu jiných referencí nebo obchodování mezi Zdravotnickým zařízením a nějakým členem Skupiny AbbVie.

Odměna. a. AbbVie shall pay Institution (including the compensation for Principal Investigator) in accordance with the Study budget attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (“Budget Summary and Payment Schedule”). Institution understands and agrees Principal Investigator understand and agree that none of Principal Investigator or subinvestigator(s) will receive any funds from AbbVie in connection with the performance of the Study other than the funds paid to Institution in accordance with Exhibit A. The parties agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A represents the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution and any member of the AbbVie Group. a. Institution Provider of Medical Services understands and agrees that none of Principal Investigator or subinvestigator(s) will receive any funds from AbbVie in connection with the performance of the Study other than the funds paid to Institution Provider of Medical Services in accordance with Exhibit A. The parties agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A represents the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution Provider of Medical Services and any member of the AbbVie Group. a. Odměna. a. For services performed in accordance with the Agreement, AbbVie shall pay Institution Provider the fees set forth in accordance with the Study budget attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (“Budget Summary and Payment ScheduleStudy Budget”). Institution understands and agrees The parties agree that none of Principal Investigator or subinvestigator(s) will receive any funds from AbbVie the fees set forth in connection with Exhibit A are based on the performance quantities of the Study other than procedures required by the funds paid to Institution in accordance with Exhibit A. EC approved Protocol as of the Effective Date. The parties further agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A represents the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution the Provider and any member of the AbbVie Group. a. Společnost AbbVie uhradí Zdravotnickému zařízení odměnu Za služby provedené v souladu s Rozpočtem touto Smlouvou, společnost AbbVie uhradí Poskytovateli částky stanovené v Rozpočtu studie připojeným připojeném k této Smlouvě a začleněným začleněném do ní jako Příloha A (“Přehled rozpočtu a platební harmonogramRozpočet Studie“). Zdravotnické zařízení bere na vědomí a Strany souhlasí s tím, že Hlavní zkoušející ani další zkoušející nedostanou od společnosti AbbVie částky uvedené v souvislosti Příloze A vyplývají z počtu Studijních procedur požadovaných Protokolem studie schváleným k Datu účinnosti příslušnými EK. Smluvní strany dále souhlasí s prováděním Studie žádné jiné prostředky než ty, které AbbVie vyplatí Zdravotnickému zařízení v souladu s Přílohou A. Strany sjednávajítím, že částka k výplatě uvedená v Příloze A představuje objektivní tržní hodnotu poskytnutých služeb a nebyla stanovena žádným způsobem, který by bral v potaz objem nebo hodnotu jiných referencí nebo obchodování mezi Zdravotnickým zařízením Poskytovatelem a nějakým členem Skupiny AbbVie.

Strany sjednávají, že částka k výplatě uvedená v Příloze A představuje objektivní tržní hodnotu poskytnutých služeb a nebyla stanovena žádným způsobem, který by bral v potaz objem nebo hodnotu jiných referencí nebo obchodování mezi Zdravotnickým zařízením Poskytovatelem zdravotních služeb a nějakým členem Skupiny AbbVie. AbbVie hereby agrees, that no other agreement shall be entered into with the Principal Investigator, nor any other member of of the Study Personnel in connection with this Study. AbbVie se zavazuje, že v souvislosti s touto Studií neuzavře s Hlavním zkoušejícím ani jinou spolupracující osobou žádnou jinou smlouvu.
