Odorisation. The Operator will Deliver Gas to the Shipper at each Outlet Point at which odorising occurred as at 27 October 2004 odorised to the specification set out in the Gas Standards (Gas Supply and System Safety) Regulations 2000 (WA).

Odorisation. <Service Provider> will ensure that all Gas in the AGA GDS is odorised in accordance with the Regulatory Instruments and any other applicable Laws35.

(b) Except as required under paragraph (a): (i) APA will not odorise or maintain any odorant level for the Gas delivered to Shipper under this Agreement unless required by Law; (ii) if odorisation of Xxxxxxx’s Gas is required by Law, then Xxxxxxx must reimburse APA for all costs reasonably incurred by APA in odorising Xxxxxxx’s Gas transported under this Agreement; and (iii) Shipper and APA must use their reasonable endeavours to obtain and maintain the necessary Approvals to exempt APA from any obligation to odorise Shipper’s Gas transported under this Agreement.
Odorisation. (a) Service Provider has no obligation to odorise Gas delivered to User nor to maintain any odorant level. (b) If Service Provider is required by law to odorise Gas, User must reimburse Service Provider for all reasonable costs incurred by Service Provider in odorising Gas delivered to User.
Odorisation. 11.5.1 GasNet will comply with its obligations under the New Zealand Code of Practice for Odorisation of Gas NZGCP 3: in respect of Gas delivered by it at the Delivery Point.
