Refuse 3.17.1 To remove all rubbish from the Property both during and at the end of the Tenancy by placing it in a plastic bin liner in the dustbin or receptacle provided.
Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
Right to Refuse Employees have the right to refuse to undergo drug and alcohol testing. If an employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Employer, no such test shall be given.

Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
Right to Refuse Work Consistent with M.S. 182.654, Subd. 11, employees have the right to refuse work in certain circumstances as specified in the statute.
RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY Upon the occurrence of a Default, Landlord may elect to terminate this Lease or, without terminating this Lease, terminate Tenant's right to possession of the Premises. Upon any such termination, Tenant shall immediately surrender and vacate the Premises and deliver possession thereof to Landlord. Tenant grants to Landlord the right to enter and repossess the Premises and to expel Tenant and any others who may be occupying the Premises and to remove any and all property therefrom, without being deemed in any manner guilty of trespass and without relinquishing Landlord's rights to Rent or any other right given to Landlord hereunder or by operation of law.
Renewal of Residency If this Housing Agreement is a renewal of Resident’s residency at the Property to follow the expiration of another valid agreement with an End Date that is no more than one day earlier than the Start Date of this Housing Agreement, then: (a) the Start Date of this Housing Agreement will be deemed to take place simultaneously with the expiration of the prior agreement, so that this Housing Agreement begins immediately upon the expiration of the term of the prior agreement; and (b) if Resident is assigned by Owner to a different apartment or bedroom for the new term under this Housing Agreement, Resident agrees to relocate promptly to the newly assigned space and to relinquish occupancy of the prior space on the date specified by Owner.
We may 23.7.1 assign any or all of our rights under this Agreement to any third parties; and
TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS ON ACCESS TO RESIDENCE UCF DHRL may temporarily restrict access to residences in cases where the Student has an outstanding balance and attempts to communicate with the Student regarding the balance have been unsuccessful.
