Completion of Installation. Supplier shall complete the installation services in accordance with Supplier's normal installation practices. Supplier shall perform its standard acceptance testing on the installed Equipment and Customer agrees to monitor said testing. Upon completion thereof, as described above, Supplier shall notify Customer the Equipment has been installed and operates in accordance with applicable test and performance specifications. The date of such notification shall be the installation date. Supplier may at its sole discretion use subcontractors to provide installation services.

Completion of Installation. Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete installation of Services at your premise within any agreed-upon timeframes. Installation will be complete if the post-installation performance check that we conduct confirms that an end-user at you may properly access the Company network via the Services. If we determine that the test is successful, we consider you as "In Service” and we will begin billing you as of that “In Service” date.
Completion of Installation. Installation will be complete upon the conclusion of final calibration and checkout under Seller standard procedures to verify that the Products meet applicable written performance specifications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, first use of the Products by Purchaser, its agents or employees for any purpose after delivery will constitute completion of installation.
Completion of Installation. Licensee must commence installation of a Small Wireless Installation within 6 months of receipt of Permit hereunder and must complete such installation within one year of receipt of such Permit, or such Permit shall lapse. Licensee may not use Permits to reserve space for long periods of time and interfere with third party efforts to make similar installations. Completion of Installation. 5.1. Where the contract includes installation services, the company will inform the customer when the project reaches substantial completion. Upon substantial completion a company representative will inspect the works with the customer and if applicable draw up a snagging list. The final payment will be due immediately on substantial completion although the company may agree a reasonable sum (not to exceed 10% of the price) may be withheld in respect of any matters on the snagging list (“snagging retention”). The company will not be obliged to attend to matters on the snagging list until the final payment (less any agreed snagging retention) has been settled. 5.2. The company shall use all reasonable endeavours to attend to matters on the snagging list within 14 days of receipt of the final payment (less any snagging retention), subject to delivery times for any parts which need replacing. Payment of any agreed snagging retention shall be due immediately upon completion of matters on the snagging list. 5.3. The customer agrees not to make use of the products until the substantial completion date, or if the company advises that any item on the snagging list requires the products not to be used until resolved.

Completion of Installation. The actual loading, configuration, and verification of the Software on Your hardware is completed. The implementation manager responsible for loading the Software will contact Your information services representative during or immediately after the completion of the Software load to request written verification (e-mail is acceptable) that the Software load has occurred, the load included all of the Software licensed by You under the Agreement, and functional testing was successfully completed.
Completion of Installation. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, If the installation of the Licensee's Equipment, or any other work proposed by the Licensee, may affect the structure or any of the mechanical, electrical, HYAC or other basic .systems of the Building or the capacities thereof, and if Sl!Ch installation or other work is approved by the Licensor, the Licensor may require that such work be designed by consultants designated by it and paid by the Licensee and that it be performed by the Licensor or its contractors. PPR shall then have sixty (60) days to inspect LICENSEE’s work and give LICENSEE written notice of any deficiencies requiring correction by LICENSEE. (b) In the event that any work by LICENSEE hereunder involves construction, LICENSEE shall, within thirty (30) days of completion of construction, submit to PPR a book of approved “as-built” drawings and specifications. Such “as-built” submittal shall consist of three (3) hard copies and one electronic copy (CD-ROM or other format approved by PPR) of the book of “as-built” drawings and specifications. The electronic copy shall be in a compatible software format (e.g., Auto CAD version 2002 or better) approved by PPR.
