Schedule Posting (a) Shift schedules shall be posted 12 weeks in advance.
RDO Schedule a) The Schedule of RDO’s to be observed each year will generally be as provided under the VBIA.
Holiday Schedule A. The Employer will determine the number and cate- gories of employees needed for holiday work and a schedule shall be posted as of the Tuesday preceding the service week in which the holiday falls.
Disclosure Schedule The Company has delivered the Disclosure Schedule and, if applicable, the Disclosure Update to Treasury and the information contained in the Disclosure Schedule, as modified by the information contained in the Disclosure Update, if applicable, is true, complete and correct.
Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.
Master Schedule At the start of the schematic design phase, the Construction Administrator will be given a copy of the updated DAS initial schedule as described in the pre-design phase. The Construction Administrator will then create its master schedule based on the DAS’ initial schedule. Utilizing CPM-based software, the Construction Administrator will assign a duration and relationship to each task, add or delete tasks, identify the logic of interrelationships and milestones, and perform schedule management activities to identify the project's critical path and timeline. The master schedule shall include all tasks from the pre-design phase through design, construction, and project closeout. Items to be identified during subsequent refinements include milestones for departmental occupancy, shop drawing and Construction Administrator reviews, special support services, mobilization and demobilization, long lead item purchases, and float times.
Wage Schedule The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

Wage Schedules The Parties shall, upon completing a wage adjustment calculation, forthwith prepare, publish, post and distribute a wage schedule resulting therefrom. The final determination of the wage schedules shall be issued no later than the 7th day of March or September, for the May and November adjustments, respectively.
Disclosure Schedules The Radiancy Disclosure Schedule constitutes a part of this Agreement and is incorporated into this Agreement for all purposes as if fully set forth herein. Each disclosure made in the DSKX Disclosure Schedule shall be organized by reference to the Section of this Agreement to which it applies; provided, that disclosures in the PHMD Disclosure Schedule with respect to a particular representation or warranty in Article III of this Agreement shall be deemed to be disclosures made with respect to all representations and warranties in Article III of this Agreement with respect to which such disclosure reasonably relates if it is readily apparent that such disclosure would be applicable thereto. Except to the extent that the context otherwise explicitly requires, the disclosure of any item or matter in the Radiancy Disclosure Schedule shall not in and of itself be taken as an indication of the materiality thereof or the level of materiality that is applicable to any representation or warranty set forth herein. The DSKX Disclosure Schedule constitutes a part of this Agreement and is incorporated into this Agreement for all purposes as if fully set forth herein.
