Off-Premise Training. Any employee who has completed his probationary period and who is sent to an off-premise training program shall not have his rate of pay reduced, and, if subsequently reclassified, shall receive the appropriate rate for the new classification. The rate of pay for attendance at the Employer's off- premise training school shall be no less than the minimum hourly rate set forth in the labor Agreement.
