Off Season Contact. (i) Employees acknowledge there are circumstances when the Employer may have to contact them during the seasonal layoff period and will respond to an Employer request(s) in a timely manner.
(ii) Seasonal employees will make reasonable efforts to respond to their seasonal recall letter within two (2) weeks of receipt confirming their intention to return to work at the start of the season.
