Off-site Assignment. No employee will be required to take off‐site assignments when other qualified employees are willing and available to do the work. Subject to the above, off‐site assignments will be distributed as equitably as practicable amongst qualified employees. When employees are assigned to work off‐site for a minimum of one (1) week, a pre‐job discussion will be held to discuss travel and accommodation arrangements, work schedules and any special compensation that may be warranted for the job in question.
