OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. The parties agree to maintain the current off track vehicle accident benefits as provided in the SMART-TD National Agreement as amended.
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. Article IV(b) of the March 10, 1969 BLE Agreement, as amended by Article X of the July 26, 1978 BLE Agreement, is further amended as follows effective on the date of this Agreement.
Section 1 Paragraph(b)(1) - Accidental Death or Dismemberment of the above- referenced Agreement provisions is amended to read as follows:
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. Where employees sustain personal injuries or death under the conditions set forth in paragraph (a) below, DM&E will provide and pay such employees, or their personal representative, the applicable amounts set forth in paragraph (b) below, subject to the provisions of ether paragraphs in this Attachment.
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. Article of the July 17, 1968 Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen Agreement, Article of the July 29, 1968 Switchmen’s Union of North America Agreement, Article of the September 14, 1968 Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen Agreement, Article of the March 19, 1969 United Transportation Union (C) Agreement and Article of the April 15, 1969 United Transportation Union (E) Agreement, as amended by Article of the August 25, 1978 United Union Agreement, are amended as follows effective on the date of this Agreement.
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. Increase the benefit payable from $150,000 to $300,000 and increase the aggregate benefit from $1.5 million to $10 million. The maximum per week payment to an injured employee covered by this rule is also increased from $150.00 per week to $1,000.00 per week.
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. Where employees sustain personal injuries or death under the conditions set forth in paragraph (a) below, the Carrier will provide and pay such employees, or their personal representative, the applicable amounts set forth in paragraph B below, subject to the provisions of other paragraphs in this Article.
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. Thirty (30) days after the effective date of this Agreement, employees will be provided with the Off Track Vehicle Accident Benefits appended as Attachment H to this Agreement.
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. Update the Off Track Vehicle Accident Benefits as follows: Paragraph(b)(1) -Accidental Death or Dismemberment of the above- referenced Agreement provisions is amended to read as follows:
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. The National Off Track Vehicle Accident Benefits, as amended December 16, 2003, will be applicable to each employee. Any changes applicable to the National Off Track Vehicle Accident Benefits will also apply to Engineers covered herein.
OFF-TRACK VEHICLE ACCIDENT BENEFITS. Update the Off Track Vehicle Accident Benefits as follows: Paragraph (b)(1) -Accidental Death or Dismemberment of the above- referenced Agreement provisions is amended to read as follows:
(1) Accidental Death or Dismemberment The carrier will provide for loss of life or dismemberment occurring within 120 days after date of an accident covered in paragraph (a): Loss of Life $300,000 Loss of Both Hands or Loss of Both Feet $300,000 Loss of Sight of Both Eyes $300,000 Loss of One Hand and One Foot $300,000 Loss of One Hand and Sight of One Eye $300,000 Loss of One Foot and Sight of One Eye $300,000 Loss of One Hand or One Foot or Sight of One Eye $150,000 ‘Loss’ shall mean, with regard to hands and feet, dismemberment by severance through or above wrist or ankle joints; with regard to eyes, entire and irrecoverable loss of sight. No more than $300,000 will be paid under this paragraph to any one employee or his personal representative as a result of any one accident.”
