OFFER IRREVOCABLE. All authority herein conferred or agreed to be conferred shall survive my death or incapacity and all of my obligations shall be binding upon my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. Subject to applicable law, my Offer is firm and irrevocable and may not be withdrawn for 90 days from the date hereof. In addition, I hereby agree not to offer to sell or accept any offer to purchase any or all of the Units to or from any third party prior to the date that is 90 days from the date hereof or at any time after Madison's acceptance of my Offer, subject to applicable law. Upon request, I will execute and deliver any additional documents deemed by Madison and its designees to be necessary or desirable to complete the assignment, transfer and purchase of the Units.
OFFER IRREVOCABLE. The offer made by the Owner to the District under section 1.4 will be irrevocable and may not be withdrawn by the Vendor until after the Expiry Time.

OFFER IRREVOCABLE. Tenant hereby offers to lease from Landlord the Premises under the terms and conditions of this Lease. Landlord shall not be deemed to have made an offer to Tenant by preparing this Lease and no agreement respecting the Premises shall arise or exist between the parties except through the making of this offer by Xxxxxx and the acceptance by Landlord by delivering to Tenant a copy hereof which has been executed by Landlord. This offer shall be irrevocable and open for acceptance by Landlord until 5:00 p.m. on the tenth (10th) business day after execution hereof by Xxxxxx, and receipt by Landlord, and if not accepted by then may be withdrawn.
OFFER IRREVOCABLE. The Purchaser agrees to deliver to the Vendor a cheque for the 1st deposit dated upon execution of this Agreement and post- dated cheques payable to the Vendor in the amounts set out above for the remaining deposits upon execution of this Agreement.
3.2 The balance of the Purchase Price to be paid by certified solicitors trust cheque to the Vendor, as the Vendor may direct upon the Closing Date, drawn upon a chartered bank or trust company subject to the usual adjustments and any other adjustments described in this Agreement.
4.1 Schedules “A”, “B”, ”C”, ”E”, “H”, “N”, “O” (Statement of Critical Dates), “S”, “W”, “Y”, “Z” and are annexed hereto and form part hereof and are integral to this Agreement. The Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read and understands this Agreement including such schedules.
5.1 This Agreement of Purchase and Sale is to be completed no later than 4:00 pm on , on which date vacant possession of the property is to be given to the Purchaser subject to the Statement of Critical Dates as described in Schedule “O” to this Agreement.
6.1 This Offer is irrevocable by the Purchaser until one minute before the close of business on the Irrevocable Date as set out below, after which time, if not accepted, this Offer shall be null and void and the deposit(s) returned to the Purchaser, without interest and without deduction. OFFER IRREVOCABLE. (Buyer): The Buyer agrees that the Buyer’s offer as set out in this Contract is irrevocable and open for acceptance by the Seller until 5:00 pm on August 26, 2022.

Landlord shall not be deemed to have made an offer to Tenant by preparing and delivering this Lease to Tenant and no agreement respecting the Premises shall arise or exist between the parties except through the making of this offer by Tenant and the acceptance and execution by Landlord. This offer shall be irrevocable and open for acceptance by Landlord until 5:00 p.m. on the fifteenth (15th) day after execution and delivery hereof by Tenant to Landlord, and if not accepted by then may be withdrawn by Tenant.
OFFER IRREVOCABLE. The Landlord shall not be deemed to have made an offer to the Tenant by preparing this form of Offer to Lease. No agreement respecting the Premises shall arise or exist between the parties except through the making of this Offer to Lease by the Tenant and the acceptance thereof by the Landlord. This Offer to Lease, upon execution by the Tenant and delivery thereof to the Landlord, shall be open for acceptance until 5:00 p.m. on the fifth (5th) business day after its receipt by the Landlord and, if not accepted by such date, shall be null and void.
