Vendor A definition

Vendor A shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7 of this Agreement.
Vendor A means Fullmarr Hotels NQ Pty Ltd as trustee for the Fullmarr Hotels NQ Unit Trust, a company established in Australia;
Vendor A means南京盛創投資有限公司 (Nanjing Sheng Chuang Investments Company Limited*), a company established in the PRC an associate of Mr. Ji by way of approximately 79.74% of its equity interest being ultimately owned by Mr. Ji and a connected person of the Company;

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • NYS Vendor ID means the ten-character identifier issued by New York State when a vendor is registered on the Vendor File.

  • Framework Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Framework Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Framework Agreement as part of this Framework;

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.
