  • The Vendor shall identify the First Tentative Closing Date in the Statement of Critical Dates attached to the Addendum at the time the Purchase Agreement is signed.

Related to Statement of Critical Dates

  • Critical Illness means an illness, sickness or a disease or a corrective measure as specified in Section 1 of this Policy.

The Unit Net CONE of an Installed Capacity Supplier that has functions beyond the generation or transmission of power shall include only the embedded costs allocated to the production and transmission of power, and shall not net the revenues from functions other than the generation or transmission of power.
