Offer of Appointment. 1. When a position is posted and the senior applicant withdraws his/her application prior to being appointed, the position will be awarded to the next senior qualified applicant from amongst the original applicants. 2. When a position is posted and the senior applicant refuses the offer of appointment, the position will be awarded to the next senior qualified applicant from amongst the original applicants. 3. When the senior applicant accepts the offer of appointment, as per the proposed form and later wishes to withdraw, said position will be reposted. 4. The acceptance of offer of appointment form will not be used against an applicant who later wishes to withdraw.
