Common use of Offer of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Offer of Appointment. 1. An applicant shall be entitled to rely on a representation of the Superintendent, an Assistant Superintendent, Director of Instruction, Secretary-Treasurer, School or District Administrator that an offer of an appointment has been made, or that an appointment has been made. The representation shall be in writing and shall include the nature and location of the initial assignment, and the terms of the appointment.
