Once Basis of Allotment is approved by Designated Stock Exchange, the Registrar shall provide the details to the Controlling Branches of each SCSB and the Sponsor Bank(s), along with instructions to unblock the relevant bank accounts and transfer the requisite money to the Public Offer Account with in the timelines specified by SEBI: (a). Number of shares to be allotted against each valid Bid; (b). Amount to be transferred from relevant bank account to the Public Offer Account, for each valid Bid; (c). The date by which the funds referred in sub-para (b) above, shall be transferred to the Public Offer Account; (d).
